This new 2-story, 34,000 square foot medical office building was designed such that the first floor would be developed along with the building envelope, and the second floor would remain open and unfinished, such that in the future it could be built out. Provisions were made for a future elevator and stairway adjacent to the front door, to serve the future developed second floor. The first floor contains 35 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, a blood lab, radiology, and traditional support facilities.
