Blake Hernandez

Blake joined the Interwork team in 2021 and contributes both in project management and project support roles. His adaptability and strong problem-solving skills make him a natural fit for the ever-evolving field of architecture. Motivated by a passion for creating user-centered, engaging environments, Blake is committed to delivering innovative solutions and contributing to the success of every project. His experience managing a diverse portfolio of national clients in multiple project types - including physical therapy clinics, retail spaces, warehouses, and amenity centers - has helped him develop a versatile and effective design approach.

Outside of Work: I love to play Disc golf, design and build my own furniture, photography, and spending time with loved ones.

Favorite Place I have Visited: Oahu, Hawaii. The whole island is beautiful!

Favorite movies: Ford v Ferrari, Tenet, Interstellar, and Lion. There are many more!

If I weren’t in the field of Architecture I would be: In aviation! The idea of flight has always fascinated me. I would like to obtain a pilot’s license in the future!
