From a young age I have been fascinated with architecture and design. Whenever I would go to the city of Chicago, I would look at all the buildings, ornate street lamps, the L and everything in between and would wonder how it was all made. I enjoyed learning how things were made and found that architecture helped me scratch that itch. Throughout Architecture school I took every opportunity to learn more about what it meant to be an Architect. During my schooling at the University of Illinois at Chicago, I spent 2 years interning at a small firm learning how to design single family homes and what it meant to take the clients wants and combine that with architecture/design. After graduating, I joined the team at Interwork in 2021 and have since expanded my knowledge by working on various projects types such has amenity centers, physical therapy centers, and office interiors.
Outside of Work: I love to play Disc golf, design and build my own furniture, photography, and spending time with loved ones.
Favorite Place I have Visited: Oahu, Hawaii. The whole island is beautiful!
Favorite movies: Ford v Ferrari, Tenet, Interstellar, and Lion. There are many more!
If I weren’t in the field of Architecture I would be: In aviation! The idea of flight has always fascinated me. I would like to obtain a pilot’s license in the future!
