Marc Cable

Marc is Senior Project Manager on a variety of Interwork projects. He specializes in multiple building types, including retail, residential community centers, light industrial and corporate offices, and his prior experience in general contracting and development informs his approach during the construction administration phase of projects. Since 2013, Marc’s work as a consultant for the Village of Northbrook, performing building plan review services, makes him valuable as Interwork’s resident code expert. He is an Illinois Licensed Architect, having earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the Universities of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and Chicago, during which time he also studied for one year at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Versailles, France.

If I wasn’t an Architect: I would be an artist, or a stock analyst, a rock or jazz musician, or a potato chip tester at a potato chip factory.

Fun fact: During the summer between his junior and senior years in high school, Marc and a friend hitchhiked from London, England to Edenborough, Scotland
