As part of an upgrade to an existing multi-tenant office building in Schaumburg, IL, Interwork was asked by the property owner to develop an amenity space consisting of a wi-fi lounge with relaxed seating areas, combined with mini-market/dining space for tenants to buy or prepare their own food, along with and dine in a comfortable, relaxed, yet stimulating atmosphere. In addition, a new conference center was included with various sized rooms to accommodate tenant’s needs.
