From space planning through construction documentation, IWA confidently navigated the complexities of consolidating multiple floors of equipment and storage into a predominantly single floor layout complete with increased lab space and dedicated Executive Wing. The addition of a Visitors’ Suite with Demonstration Showroom supports Thales’ need for hosting traveling coworkers and guests in a physically separate location for security purposes, though still in close proximity to the secured main office and engineering labs. Not only does their new location create necessary adjacencies that previously did not exist, but the enlarged break room, coffee hubs, and multiple conference rooms provide increased opportunities for collaboration and camaraderie.
