NICB

Not yet sure where they wanted to be or exactly what their program looked like, the National Insurance Crime Bureau partnered with Interwork to relocate their office. Post pandemic remote work culture has provided NICB with the opportunity to source the best talent across the country, altering their need for daily office space but creating a greater need for dynamic and impactful environments when full teams do gather together in person. Beginning with program development and initial site tours, Interwork provided test fits for each building to assist in visualizing what each space could offer their team. IWA worked closely with NICB to ensure every aspect of the design supported their vision for work and company culture. In addition to traditional office and workstation areas, this suite includes a history wall displaying archival documents, a large break room for event receptions & large team meetings, and a broadcast studio.
