Innovation Park 'i-Bistro'

BECO Midwest purchased a nearly 1 million square foot former corporate headquarters in Libertyville, IL and repurposed it into a multi-tenant office building, Innovation Park. They were looking to provide lifestyle amenities that would help achieve a Tech-type campus. For this amenity area, a remodel of the existing food service space, BECO selected Food For Thought as their operator and Interwork Architects to design the space. Working closely with Food For Thought on the development of their initial “innovative” concepts for a “food hall” style conversion of the former corporate cafeteria space, Interwork designed a series of food stations, each incorporating its own style and theme, while working together to fit the overall character of the ‘i-Bistro’.
