Interwork renovated a 45,430 square foot precast concrete building into the new headquarters of APS - a leading commercial propeller Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) serving the aviation industry. APS is the first third-party MRO licensed to perform OEM-proprietary repairs and inspections. Having out grown their existing facility, APS purchased the building and fit in a new 9,430 square foot office space while renovating a 36,000 square foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art repair and manufacturing facility.
